Grown Up Mac and Cheese with Lobster
I created the base of this recipe from fondue I had in Medregen, Switzerland when I worked at Hotel Alpina in Arosa back in the Summer of 1979. Tom Cronkite, who I went to college with (Yes, Walter Cronkite's nephew) introduced me to Hans at the chalet. What an amazing summer hiking heights and seeing views I'll never see again!
